Problems with Vertical Lookup

Morning,

I am having problems with a vertical lookup and not really sure why things aren't working, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

In C2 I am trying to convert the value in B2 using the lookup in the lookup sheet, but it is producing strange results.

for exact matches
