Question Compare Columns and Highlight Cells

Hi, I'm not exactly new to Excel, but haven't had much use for it in the past, so never mastered it.

I'm creating a Sign-In sheet for my club. I currently have 2 Sheets in my Workbook. One is the sheet for the week for members to type in their name and other info. The other is a protected sheet called Paid Members. What I want to happen is if their name is already in Paid Members that their name will be highlighted in the sign-in sheet.

I've named the Paid Members name column 'Paid_Names' with workbook scope. I've simply named the column in the Sign-In sheet 'Name'. Afterward, I tried to use Conditional Formatting Equal To, but wouldn't allow me to use a column as a comparison value.

How should I go about this?
