how to create a progress bar in conditional formatting.

I already created a CF in my construction schedule, my problem is I cannot add an additional bar to show the critical activity with red.

    Hi boyabo,

    Welcome to the forum.
I guess if you could revise the logics for critical activity, you can achieve that.

Also, Excel 2010 has 2 and 3 color scales in conditional formatting. suggest you to try that as well. Thanks.
