    Pop Up Box When Date/Time has passed (-1Days 7hrs 31mins)

    Hi All

    I am looking for a Pop Box when a certain Date/Time has been met symbolising an event is due ("Meeting Now" -1Days 7hrs 31mins)

    I need this for work to keep tracks of meetings/staff q's/events etc

    I have attached before and after or required results. I would need this Pop Up Box to be live as file is NEVER shut.

    Please note
    * I am not looking for conditional formating formula as I could be in other programs whilst deadline has past (There can be many events happening at once)
    * I use excel 2007
    * I realise this will be Macros i have never used Macros before please explain as much as possible
    * Again very new to this!!

    Regards

    Do you use MS Outlook to manage your email? If so, you can schedule, track, invite attendees etc. to meetings and you can set pop-up reminders for those events for any date/time.
