Combining two columns to produce a name..

Hi all,

I am looking to combine these two columns in order to come out with the name:Untitled.jpg

Anything to avoid a lot of copy and pasting...

Use these formulas in C1 and fill down:

If you want FirstName LastName: =B1&" "&A1
If you want LastName, FirstName: =A1&", "&B1

Put this in C7:

=IF(AND(A7="",B7=""),"",B7&" "&A7)

You might want to reverse the B7 and A7 in the second part, depending on which name you want first. Then copy down as far as you need (and possibly up - can't see where your data starts).
