Where is the PivotTable “Sort and Top 10” command ?

Using Excel 2003, I successfully created an accurate PivotTable report that lists several lines of summary data sorted by the data field in the left column. Then I added some data and refreshed the report, but the report results, while still accurate, were no longer sorted by the left column.

When I tried to manually sort the PivotTable report results according to the data in the left column, I received this message: "To sort automatically every time the report is updated, use the Sort and Top 10 command on the PivotTable menu."

But I don't see a "Sort and Top 10" command in the PivotTable drop down menu at the top of the screen or in any of its submenus (unless I missed it), or in the Options or Layout tabs of the PivotTable Wizard.

Can anyone tell me how to sort a PivotTable report after refreshing the data, or how to find the "Sort and Top 10" command ?

Answer found: you have to select a cell in the column area, then click on PivotTable in the tool bar and the "Sort and Top 10" option is listed below (but not listed in other situations apparently).
