I have a spread sheet that I use to keep stats for a locally run dart league

I have a spread sheet that I use to keep stats for a locally run dart league, and it is set up to total players points but it is only set to handle 17 weeks but I need it to handle 30 weeks, and when I just add an additional week by cutting and pasting a week it doesn't seem to calculate to the bottom totals, I made a web link if anyone wants to see the page since I'm haveing problems describing my issue correctly, Thanks for any help offered

maybe a iittle more info would help, each week 2 players play each other some games which also involve bonus points, there are 16 players this time around so there are 8 matches, the left column shows which week the stats are for, the red just indicates a game that wasn't played on the day it should have been and the must do a make up at the earliest convenience, at the bottom of the page there are totals becasue players receive 25 cent for each leg won and total bonus points gets a couple bucks as well

Hi Darts, welcome to teh forum and happy new year

without seeing a sample of your workbook, its hard to offer suggestions.

However, instead of adding rows to the bottom, add them to 1 row above the last row, by inserting a row 1 above the last row (hope that made sense?) doing that will automatically adjust the formulas and references.

I would suggest adding 1 blank row to begin with, then copying the data in the last row, to that row. then leave that "last" roe blank at all times, then just add an extra row above that "last" row when you need to add new data.

an alternative would be to convert the "table" to a TABLE, using insert/table.

if this doesnt work for you, i would suggest you upload a sample work book, (all sensitive data removed), showing what data you are working with, a few examples of what your expected outcome is, and how you arrived at that

additional info, the first 3 rows in column b (for each week) represent games won out of a possible of 7 max for 501, 301, and cricket, all other stuff under those 3 cells represent bonus points available for different achievements
