Multiple Find + Replace

Hello everyone!

I've been referred to the forum by a friend who says that you guys are the real mccoy and I should seek any Excel related help right here.

I have a worksheet which has data in two columns (A + B)

Column A: Hashes
Column B: Cracked Hashes

Here's what I have now:
Column A

Column B

Please Login or Register  to view this content.

I need the Column B hashes to replace their value in Column A hashes.

So the result will be like this:

I've attached the worksheet to this post and any help is more than appreciated, thank you very much for reading.

Something like this, perhaps. It's not terribly fast, but I assume this is pretty much a one-off task.
