Is it possible obtain xlsxm from exe file ?

First of all, sorry for my bad english !!!
I wish know if is it possible save the original xlsxm file from a file exe.
In other words, when I open the exe file the file that I view it's a xlsxm file but i can save only in exe format.

Thanks TMS for your interest for my problem.
The EXE file is "inside" the ZIP.
My aim is only to personalize the original XLSXM file.

This workbook has been protected using the DoneEx XCell Compiler, also known as Excel Compiler.

See their web site for more details: DoneEx

The contents of cells are locked and hidden so it is not possible to see them in the formula bar. The worksheets and workbook structure are protected with a password, and the Save As menu is restricted to only saving as an .exe file.

Clicking on the Add-in menu and selecting Doneex seems to indicate that this is a demonstration version.

I think you will need to talk to whoever owns or provided this workbook.
