is this possible using pivot tables or vlookup or another means?

Hi I have attached a workbook with various worksheets. the aim being to create a cover worksheet called "averages".

Every few days i will manually add a new worksheet in the same format as "332" i had to delete most of the data from "333" to meet the file size limit but you should still get the idea. I would like the "averages" worksheet to work out an average rating and pull the data for all competitors from all worksheets.

I may be approaching this from completely the wrong angle as im an excel beginner. All my data is obtained from 2 columns, USERS & rating which i manually copy paste to a new worksheet every few days from that info i build my basic pivot table. maybe i can gather all the USER & rating columns on the same page and use a more complicated pivot table and thus do away with all the worksheets completely? But I do like being able to easily compare each individual rating against the other competitors for that particular day.

I hope this makes more sense once you see the attachment. I am open to any suggestions on how to better manage this. Or if you need more clarification i can try to explain it better.

    many thanks

I would suggest a format closer to this. You probably want all of your data to be on one sheet. I would just create a new column with 332 and 333 and 334 entered for each row.
I am unable to provide a complete solution, because of the added uniqueness of your rating system, and the level of automation you want, but I feel what I provided should be helpful.
