Highlighting Duplicate Cells

Hello.

I have a column of data in which I'd like to highlight duplicate values by changing font/cell colour. I achieved this by using Conditional Formatting > Highlight Cell Rules > Duplicates Values...

This does the job, however I would like it to ignore 0 and "" values, effectively not formatting those cells. How do I go about doing the same thing as the built-in function but ignoring zeroes and "" (empty, no text)?

P.S.: In the attached file I used the 0;-0;;@ trick to hide values equal to 0.

Try

=AND(A1<>"",A1>0,COUNTIF(A:A,A1)>1)

You could add a second additional conditional format using a formula (to apply no format if zero or blank)

In manage conditional formats, tick STOP IF TRUE for this additional rule.
