Resize just ONE cell & Break across page in Word

I have my spreadsheet inserted into a Word document. Is there a way to resize just one cell? I know theres a way to resize the entire column, but can you do just one?

Also, is there a way to make my spreadsheet break across a page in my Word document? The grid I have is too big. Is there a button, like the section/page break that Word has?
