Daily AVG needed to reach monthly goal - Example Attached

Hi, this is my first post here and I'm stumped on calculating run rate (not sure if that's the right term).

I have daily results for each working day of the month, my month to date average and my monthly goal. I need to know what my daily results would need to be in the remaining days of the month to reach my goal. Below is the example I am working with, I have attached an example as well if that's easier.

Any help is greatly appreciated! Thank you, I'll mark as resovled when this done.

The formula in E3 is

=(E2*20 - SUM(B2:B21)) / COUNTBLANK(B2:B21)
