is there any way to copy and paste "value only" using key boad? Ctrl+V is pasting everything. i want existing format to remain the same and using mouse is taking lot of time :-(
help me to save some time in the office :-)

Press Ctrl + C and copy the data.
Then press the menu button which is next to your ctrl key or next to the spacebar. Then press S. Then press V on your keyboard.

If you only want to paste the values, copy the data. if you have a lot, copy all the data, and then right click the cells where you want the value entered. On the drop down menu select PASTE SPECIAL and then click VALUES and that should do it.
Copy values down and then put the cursor where you want the data pasted, right click, select PASTE SPECIAL and then VALUES. That should do it.
