Need help linking 2 adjacent cells!!

I have list of names of people in a billboards league. Directly to the right of everyone's name in the adjacent cell is their "win percentage". These percentages are sorted in descending order and I need the names to move along with the adjacent cell as the percentages change. When i merge the cells things get really messy. Any suggestions on formulas or other ways to link these cells to help do this!?! Thanks!!

If you highlight both columns before sorting on the right column, the names will move with the win percentage.
