Move content of a cell to the same roe with a corresponding cell

I have the following table:
Column A Column B
Name ID
John N12
Mary X15

Column A is a lookup from another sheet (Sheet X) and column B contains text. Sheet X constantly get updated and new rows are added which results results in previous names (John and Mary) to be pushed down.
Column A Column B
Name ID
Scott N12
John X15
Mary

I want the text in Column B to be moved down as corresponding name move down

So how is the sheet updated? Manually or? If you select a row and hit Ctrl + '+' and it will add another row, pushing everything down.

Sheet X get manually updated (new rows are inserted on top). Soory in my OP I said that Column A is a vlookup function but it's actually just a simple reference formula ( =SheetX!$A$1 ).

I think understand your problem, but I don't really have a solution for that. By adding the data at the bottom instead no data would have to be pushed down but other than that I'm blank.
Anyone else?
