How to see percentage of items received daily, weekly, monthly?

New Excel user, and I could really use some help. I'll use following as an example.

I work for a supermarket, I receive many fruits per day and I want to see what percentage of them are bananas, apples, oranges, watermelons etc.

Are there any templates of pie charts and bar graphs that I can use for this that will show the percentage of said fruits daily, weekly and monthly? Thank you, I appreciate any help.

I'm sure they are some
you can use pivot tables and pivot charts to do this quite easily

Ihave set up a sheet called data
where if you enter the fruit, the date and the quanity - they month, week, day will calculate and then used in the pivot table sheet

now you can use the filter at the top to select a day and see the %
or month or week

Works for 2013 - if you extend into 2014 will need a rethink

anyway just to get started and then see what you need

pivot charts will work too as shown
Bar and Pie

I guess if you are new this is going to seem quite difficult - but if you look into pivot tables and charts you will see its reasonably straight forward

anyway as suggested a start - see what you think
