Using VLOOKUP

    Using VLOOKUP

    Evening,

    I am trying to use a VLookup on the sheet called points. However I think there are problems as it can't differentiate between the + and - grades. Any ideas would be gratefully appreciated.

    In E2 and copy across??

    =INDEX(LOOKUP!$B$1:$B$23,MATCH(INPUT!E$2,LOOKUP!$A$1:$A$23,0))
