    Automatic Batting order

Hi guys, I'm looking for some help with my automatic batting order generator. I have it built so that I match each individuals position in the batting order to how they rank in on base % using a simple index(match) function. However, my league doesn't allow us to have more than 3 guys in a row in the order, so I'm looking for a way to have the index function take that into account as well. Any ideas?

Ya, 3 males in a row. So the example I posted is an illegal order because there are 5 males before it loops around to Ambur after Kim bats. So what I'd like excel to do is to index not only their rank in terms of on base %, but take into account this rule.
