is there a formula behind that? If so, what is it and what is it referring to?

is that exactly whats in that cell?
    can you upload a sample?
To attach a file to your post,

scroll down until you see "manage file",
click that and select "add files" (top right corner).
click "select files" find your file, click "open" click "upload" click 'done" bottom right. click "submit reply"

Once the upload is completed the file name will appear below the input boxes in this window.
You can then close the window to return to the new post screen.

as shg and humdingaling said change the cell format to something other than Text. if you have text that is between 256 and 1024 characters long in a cell formatted as Text it will display as ### in versions prior to 2010
