Hi, I know nothing about Excel, but figured it would be the best program to use for what I'm trying to do. I'm the secretary for Primary in my church. I've been struggling to rotate the tasks for the kids each Sunday. Is there a way I could enter in all the kids' names (one group of 30 and one group of 40) and it would rotate them for each task? I'll attach what I'm currently using. It's got the three tasks, and each child's name. Normally I would do it like this, then just start over once I've gone through each name once but have them do a different task next time. If the two groups need to be on separate documents that's fine too. Thanks in advance!
