Proportion the amount of one table from the values of other table

Please find the attached file and kindly address to the following query-

1) The table range A33:L60 has to be proportioned on the basis of of table A4:M31 ie.

the table should be like-
Particulars Apr 13- May 13 June 13 ...... Total
Inspection Charges
Bank Charges
Interest
:
:
:
Total
