Help needed for alternative to solver

I am trying to find a formula that will be usable for multiple cells. Solver can only be used for one cell.

the equation I am trying to solve is Y/x=>0

for example $3000/x= (the closest number to 0 without falling into negatives)

is there a formula that can complete this without using solver? I want to be able to copy and paste it multiple times.

Any help would be appreciated!

I guess I don't understand - as long as x is positive the ratio cannot be negative i.e. +infinity ????

Oh, I see I am missing a few things...

by putting it into excel you would see
A1: 18.65
B1: x
C1: =B1*(A1*32)
D1: 3000
E1: =D1-C1

I want to find B1 without having E1 going below 0. I know you can try be entering random numbers but that takes too long when you have several in succession so I want to see if there is a formula to make this go faster.
