suppose your data is started from cell # A2, try

    =IF(AND(LEN(A1)=0,LEN(A2)>0),A2&" "&A3&" "&A4&" "&A5&" "&A6,"") and copy down

then paste special values and sort

    Thanks Brother..

The Second post had a great result,
And the most wanted result is like what I attached here.
I want every single row to be in a certain column.

    Thanks again.

This can be done easily via macro as I am assuming the Current Data column data is imported from an external resource, so you basically want to appendix the list. Otherwise Azam's formula works perfectly.

Pleased to meet you all! First time here and totally green, I have exactly the same problem , but there is not enough information in your reply here for me. I need baby steps, please.

My phone bill is online & in 6 columns. I copied it and pasted across to excel (2000), it appeared as one column. The best I can manage at my level is to paste special/transpose 6 cells at a time which gets the result of the data into 6 columns, but far too slow.

My single column of data starts from cell #A2, what's next? Do I highlight the column, then ctrl+C? where and at what step do I enter the formula? and what comes next after that?
