what could be the format of numbers for calculating the percentate?
Ex: 4.454,53 I am calculating formula =( 4.454,53*.2)
it was throwing error messge #value.

that would be because its text your regional settings do not match . as thousands separator and , for decimals
you cold try
=SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(A1,".",""),",",".")*0.2

It worked only for 20% I need to change for 27% .27 it was throwing error.

cell is not accepting .27 or .35

if a column is in % then select column data /text to columns click finish

i take it you are using a windows pc then its in the windows settings nothing to do with excel
start/control panel/regional options or google regional settings for your version of windows
but i repeat what is on that sheet that is not working
