copy values in the same column with the same worksheet name from multiple excel files

I assume you're already familiar with the old standby copy/paste and have used it previously and what you're looking to do is automate the process since you specify always the same column and worksheet name. Try recording a macro where you carry out all the actions you wish to perform, then modify it as necessary (with the help of the VBA/Macros forum experts if you need it)!
