Changing colors in Excel 2013

Hi Guys, Im new here. I can do basic bits and bobs in excel but this is baffling me to the extent that I want to throw my laptop through the window.

I have office 2013. It schedule template there that I want to use, but I'm unable to change colours to what I need (want)

Things I would like to change
Sunday is automatically changing to blue how to do this with saturday?
Class Lists are always gray. how do I change it to colour I want?

Hey firewire...

I am not sure what you mean by color on Sunday and Saturday as I wasnt able to get any color on Sunday.
You can however, remove all the formatting from Conditional formatting tab.

For class list, you need to select the table and go to tables option in excel - it will have different colors that you can chose from.
