    get a value - returns as the cell no

    When I click +and the cell no to copy a value - I get the cell ref as the answer. Why is this

    When I press enter - the answer is the cell ref eg. R13

    Hi,

    Perhaps you are in Display Formulas mode rather than Display Results of Formulas?

    Try toggling by pressing CTRL and ` (below the ESC key on my keyboard).

    or may be cell is formatted as Text..
    convert to General and try again..
