    Reverse find option?

    Hello,

I'm wondering if there is a reverse find option? I recently started reviewing reports downloaded in Excel. The main column I use displays service tracks from customer files. I want to know if there is a way to find the most common words in the Column and if it can be done maybe rank the top 3 or 5 words in order?

    Thanks,
    Trent

If the content of your column is not confidential, your can simply copy the whole column to online service like
    http://www.textfixer.com/tools/online-word-counter.php

and get your words frequency in descending order.

Or you can use VBA macro:
