    I can't open a file! Please help !

I have an error when I tried to open my file. The error is "the file may be corrupted, located on a server that is not responding, or read-only".
I don't know how this happened. I have used this same file everyday and I didn't do anything differently. Can anyone help me?
    Thank you so much.
