Having trouble opening a CSV file in excel

I tried downloading my history from ebay and open it in excel, the file is supposed to be CSV
file which is saved in txt format. When I tried opening the data wasn't arranged in the columns.

I added an attachment of what the CSV file I have looks like - can anyone help me with this?

    Thank you.

Save it AS a .CSV file.... e.g. Data.csv

Have you used the Data TextToColumns functionality opting for the comma delimiter to split the single column into several columns?
