I'm preparing reports involving turnaround time and I need to know the formula to correctly calculate the # of days turnaround time EXCLUDING Sat-Sun and holidays which are listed on the sample file. please see the attached and advise what to do.

I think you're forgetting your own rules... did you intend to have start dates and/or end dates ? Also, the use of minus 1 is correct if the day od arrival is Day 0 and Day 1 is the next day
