Creating a sales tracking tool

Hello,

I need assistance or see if its possible to create a tool that can track how one is trending towards their goal based on an actual number. Once that 'actual' is inputted, the 3 or 4 end of year goals adjust and it shows how much is left to hit target, and if possible a daily average based on production days left.

Employee 1 - Current YTD total $50,000 / Goal 1 is 200K / Goal 2 is 400K / Goal 3 is 600K. Beneath each goal is the adjusted amount remaining to hit target, in this case to hit goal 1 they need 150K but something that will automatically calculate and adjust each goal by updating the YTD number. Also if there is a way to input production days left and an average based on each goal.
