Can you have auto updating AND manually typed permanent text in one cell?

I need it to be like:

    =B10 2014

(So the first part changes depending on what B10 is but the 2014 always stays)?

Or is that not possible? Thanks.

You can use a custom format to do this.

the custom format would be something like:
    0" 2014"

Thanks but the cell i'm using to input before "2014" is text, not a number. What do i use instead of 0"?

    okay, i found out it's
    @" 2014"

However, when i type "=B10", it displays the cell as "=B10 2014" ?
