entering "ACN", program automatically changes it to "CAN"

I need to enter "ACN" in A1. The Excel 2010 program automatically changes it to "CAN" The ACN is required as it links to other workbooks. Is there a solution to this problem? Any help would be appreciated greatly.

In Excel 2010 -> File -> Options -> Proofing -> AutoCorrect Options -> uncheck "Replace text as you type"
    Hope that helps,

click on File,Options, Proofing, AutoCorrect Options. Once inside this window, scroll down to acn and delete it. This is part of the Auto correct functionality.
