Self teaching resources in book form?

Since graduating college I realized I miss the learning process. With all I mess around with excel, learning more seems to be a great idea. Are there any books out there that provide lesson plans for self teaching of excel? I find websites and videos helpful but don't think it would serve me best for learning. Thanks for any suggestions.

Honestly, the best thing you could probably do is just read as many threads on these forums as possible. It gives you more insight into the problems people face on a day to day basis in their jobs than a lesson plan, and has more context. If you don't understand the content of a post, do some research on the topic until you understand it. If you think you're good enough, try solving other people's problems. Excel is just a tool - what you're really doing is problem solving.
