    Abstaining from using table in solver for workforce scheduling?

    I'm wondering if there's a way to skip making a table for workforce scheduling using solver.
    For example:

    In a file called Postal.xls which looks like this:

    A table exists to total how many workers are available each day, I was wondering if there was a formula to calculate how many would be in each day rather than devise a table everytime I would want to do something like this.

    Could you add a column to the right?
