Which cells are your trying to automate? Based on the example workbook's data, what is the expected answer in those cells?

My issue is that overall capacity should turn false but cannot exceed its individual dept capacity. How do I set this up.

    Thanks

    Ok, so it's cell K23.

    Currently it is =M19<(M25/2)

So are you simply looking to include columns K,L,M,N in that same formula?

    =OR(K19<(K25/2), L19<(L25/2), M19<(M25/2), N19<(N25/2))

Here is our old report. I need to combine the capacity for four rows to total an overall but not exceed its individual capacity.

K24 is my overload and indicator for reaching capacity.

k25 is my dept capacity as of now. This i will set to true and false later. My issue is making K24 false when total of

    K,L,M,N25 have totaled P25.
