    Matching tables

I am putting together the timetable for a secondary school. The attachment shows what subject each student has opted for. I would like to produce a list on the seperate subject tabs to show what students have opted for each subject. Is there a siomple solution before I go all in with VB?

    many thanks

    Re: Matching tables

Can you clearly state where you want the information to come from? Do you want the lists by block, or just the whole lot together, regardless of option block?

    Re: Matching tables

I would like the information to come from the 'option form reply' sheet regardless of what option block it was chosen in.

    Many thanks

    Re: Matching tables

I have attached a sample from the speadsheet I am working on. The option reply sheet has '1' entered if the student has opted to take this course. On the other subject sheets I would like the names who have opted for that subject to appear. Stuidents can opted for multiple subjects. Any support will be great I have tried Match and Index functions but it is difficult as students can opt for more than one.

    Many thanks
