Dear Experts,
I am seeking your assistance to be able to draft emails on Outlook to send their daily stats. I have around 300 folks, and increasing, which has made my life somewhat difficult.
Here’s what I would like to do:
- Tab Name: Emails – It has the distribution list
- Tab Name: Email Template – It is the email template which I’ll be changing from time to time
- Sheet 1: Has the first set of details by employee
- Sheet 2: Has the second set of details by employee
- Sheet 3: Has the third set of details by employee
I request your assistance to be able to create separate emails for each employee on MS Outlook, but don’t want them to be sent directly. Only drafts get created, and I review before hitting the send button.
The requested format of the email is in the attached word document along with the spreadsheet that I maintain for compiling and sending the details.
