Macro to extract data based on defined criteria

Hi,

Apologies in advance, this requirement is likely to develop/change as I understand what ultimately it is I'm looking to achieve.

Basically I've got a large data extract from our procurement system that holds all the rates agreed for various types of work from different suppliers. What I've been asked to create is a macro that can extract certain elements of that data based on defined criteria. The attached workbook shows a simplified version of what I'm working with and what I'm looking to achieve.

Thanks for trying Venkat1926 but it doesn't appear to be doing what I require.

Come on people, this forum hasn't let me down yet so please don't start now!
