I apologize for any confusion but this is my first post.
I have created an invoice system to track invoices for my company. Each invoice is a tab named with a number (ex: 14031201). That number is recorded through another macro onto an invoice log along with several other bits of information from the invoice (ie. persons name, price, tax, location and so on). The invocie numbers are listed in column G of my "Invoice Log". What i am wanting to do is make a macro to attached to my invoices, that when i update say price and click the macro it will search for the tab number (which is the invoice number) in the "Invocie Log" when it finds it, it will look over 5 columns where the price sits and change update the price to the new price. So, esstenially i need it to look up the tab number, which will change based on the tab and change info that is in the same row as that number. I will actually need it to update all the info in that row based on speicfic cells in the invoice.
Example: i Change the price on invoice 14022801, I hit the macro, it looks into the Invoice Log searches Column G for the matching invoice number, and updates all the information in that row, Name, Location, Price, Tax, Service Charge, Non Taxable, Grand Total.
