Smile Macro for Finding column with title and copying it

    Hello,
I have a excel file with more than 10 sheets. I want to find column with its title "Averages" and want to copy it...and then want to paste it on its own position as special "paste as words"

Actually Averages column contains formulas and I want it to be converted to numerical values.

I want this operation in all sheets except first.

    NEED MACRO CODE
    Thanks
