insert missing values in a sequence

Hi

I am looking to insert a code which will add missing years to my sequence for the attached set of data. In my data I have 60 countries with variable data corresponding to years 1996, 1998, 2000, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, and 2006. I am looking for a code which will add blank rows for years 1980-1996 for each country and then for 1997, 1999, and 2001. So in the end I will have data for 60 countries and the years 1980-2006 for each country as well. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Try such macro (not a speed one, but works, and you probably dont do this every 10 minutes
