I need to modify somebody else's macro/vba project

Good morning

I use the attached file for my work. I have 25 portfolios for each provider (Aegon, Aviva, LV & Scottish Life)

I got somebody who's more knowledgeable than I am - but who's now off sick - to add the grids at the top and the buttons to the right of the grids, so that we can build the portfolios and keep them stored rather than keep having to go back in each time we need to create a portfolio. Also, there is another spreadsheet that reads from this one.

My question relates to the Aegon tab. Column H (Jupiter China) I have added this month, by insertion. In the lower parts of the worksheets it works fine but when we hit 'Transfer to Portfolios' it does not upload the data for Jupiter China, neither does it upload the data that is now in Column R (which is new this month because I have inserted Column H).

I need to know how to extend the range to which 'Transfer to Portfolios' applies, so that it includes columns H & R.

procedure the Number_Of_Funds variable is hard coded as 16. Since you've added an extra fund there are now 17

It would be better to change the variable to

so that the B2:R2 range will expand and count more cells as you add new funds.
