do this everytime I switch back to excel window in OS

I'd like to be able to catch the event everytime a user goes right back to the target excel application window.

For example, put the selected cell at A1 everytime excel application regains control from other applications (non-related windows) in the OS.

is there a excel event that hooks into this?
