MACRO help to send input data to another sheet

Total Excel rookie here. I'm trying to create a simple form to enter weights in a fishing tournament.

I thought what I was trying to do would be easy and I've searched the forum and web with no solutions. And when I use the record macro function I keep coming up with CARP (LOL fishing reference).

I've attached a sheet - any and all help would really be appreciated!!! My head hurts...

here is a simple macro to do it:

You can look at the attached workbook to see it working.
I added a DAY number on your input screen so the macro willplace the weight into the right column. You can even have more then 2 days events but you must leave room in the Take-Off sheet though.
