This should be simple, but I don't know where to begin. I want to create a roster originating from check boxes. If a check box is selected then the name should populate in the table to the right. The attached file shows what I'm trying to accomplish.

Thanks for the quick reply stnkynts. Are you saying i paste your syntax in the VBE and then assign it to each check box? Not having any luck.
This is gonna take some work on your part. You need to paste it in VBE as a subroutine. Change the check box names to match your check box names, then reassign the assigned macro on the checkboxes within the sheet to the new macro. You can assign all the checkboxes to this macro and it will still work provided the names match your true check box names.
