Dynamic button for dynamic tabs

Hi,

My problem scenario is this:

I have a master table with different departments like Mechanical, Electrical mentioned in the column, Each deptt. has multiple information.
Now through macro, I create new tabs, with the name of deptt. and that tab contains the filtered information of particular department.
Now, I want to have a Button to get created in each tab which will take us to master table on clicking.
I cant figure out how to do that in my code.

In the attched excel pls click refresh button, it will create 3 new tabs.
want to have back button in these auto created tabsDeppt table.xlsm

When I added the red part below, it is throwing error.
Without it, it is working fine.
