Extract Alt text from Hyperlinks

I have been going round and round with this, and can't seem to find a solution.

I have copied some links from a web page into excel. The links are text links. They have the address, the description, and an alt tag, which is displayed when the mouse is hovering over the link.

I know how to extract the displayed text. I can extract the URL. But I can't for the life of me figure out how to extract the alt text. I know it is probably simple, but I can't figure it out.

Alternatively, is there a way to display the entire HTML code for an excel cell. In other words, don't convert to HTML?
